I just came to replace my wipers but I was surrounded by a mob of nice young people who were helping me out to chose the right one. And they didn't bother to get their fingers dirty and replace them for free. This store is definitely different from the similar ones because the staff actually care about the customers. I'm not going to think where to go for the automotive stuff next time,
These guys were awesome helping me with a compressor issue. Got me back up and running the same day. This was top tear service. Hence taking the time to leave a review.
Siesta helpful and friendly staff. We range of products and happy to order in for you if they don't have stock. Parking is easy but being on Sandgate Rd, can be a challenge with traffic especially in the afternoons.
The store is untidy. Stock is on the wrong shelf. Can't find a price. Staff stand around the counter, chatting amongst themselves. When you ask for a price check, they're rude, as if you have no right to disturb them.
Needed help with a smaller steering wheel cover and Geoff was amazing, even fitted for me. Highly recommend this store! Thank you
